We do not make bussines with the shipping fares. We negotiate with the best couriers to have your order delivered fast and save.

Add the products to the cart and fill in the delivery address. The cost of the shipping will show in your cart.

We will be preparing your order very fast. Your order will be shipped in maximum 24h if no unusual issue arrives.

The real transit to Hong Kong is 3 days. This time could be up to 7 days if the customs delay the papers process. Always if there are no major special conditions as weather problems or other issues.

The day after the shipping is done we will send you a traking link to DHL information. DHL informs at all time about the process of your parcel.

Delivery will be made in your delivery address by a courier. If they don't find you at home they will contact you.

The quality certification is performed by companies authorized by the competent Official Authorities, to ensure the quality of the product specified on the label. These companies are always external to the processing companies to prevent any influence.

A ham contains approximately a 50% of fat, bone and hoof.

A shoulder ham contains approximately a 60% of fat, bone and hoof.

Before any shipment we examine the product. However, if you find out your ham or shoulder has more fat than expected, please stop eating it and send us some pictures and we will be able to see if there is any problem and find a solution.

The hams and shoulder hams with a specific weight may be more or less (+-)200gr from the announced weight.

For the products in pieces, ham or sausage, the ranges of weight may be more or less (+-)100gr from the announced weight.
