Delivery times

Delivery times are expressed in approximative days, based on working days and under normal circumstances. Transit times may be affected by causes beyond Jamonarium's control. They may be delayed between one and two days during Christmas, Easter or August. Exceptional situations such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, blockade of borders, etc. are not taken into account.

Money-back guarantee

-     Orders may be returned if there is any mistake, if their consumption conditions are poor or if it does not suit the product offered.
-     In order to return products, contact us by phone or contact form, specifying the order number, which product (s) you want to return and the problem found.
-     Conditions:

  1. Communication of the return must be made during the 15 days after receiving the order. The return of the product from the client must be made within a maximum of 7 days after the communication.
  2. The return must be made in the original packaging and its weight should be at least 85% of its original weight.
  3. The return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. These expenses will be returned afterwards (based on our shipping rates) if this is caused by a problem generated by Jamonarium. The shipping costs of a new product will be in charge of Jamonarium.
  4. If there is a refund needed, it will be made within 15 days after the resolution of the case using the same payment method of the purchase.
  5. In case the product does not meet the conditions previously mentioned, return and shipping costs will be assumed by the customer. The period will not exceed 10 days from the resolution of the case, otherwise we will assume the client does not want the product any more.


Weights variations of hams and shoulders

Due to quality conditions, our products may present the weight variations expressed below:

  • Whole hams and shoulders may vary around 200gr (+ -) over their specified weight.
  • Cutted and deboned products, whether ham or sausages, may vary around 100gr (+ -) over their specified weight.
  • Sliced ​​products weight is expressed in drained weight. Net weight of these products is around 85-90 grams.

Refund conditions:

- If the order has already been sent, the refund will be made after excluding the cost of shipping and return

- Refunds will be made using the same payment method by the purchase was made

- Any refund of an order that has already been delivered, must meet the return conditions.
